This includes co-op member, floral source and geographic location. We Pull Samples from Member Honey Deliveries All honey that comes to our facility is tested for quality. We pull honey samples that go to our internal lab where we test for certain attributes like color and moisture. We Do More Testing To Make Sure It Meets Our Standards Next, the honey goes to accredited third-party labs where it goes through another series of tests that range from purity to pollen analysis.
