Arrived ONTIME - YEAH!!! Packed very well. No damage to merchandise or box. Comfortable and appear to be very easy to clean and stack to store for Michigan winters.Chairs are sturdy and look wonderful on patio. The pillows faded immediately and I have seen some rust on the frame. I will be sad if these chairs do not last!I’m very happy with my new chairs !! I placed them in the balcony, and I can be there forever ! Are very confortable !! Great purchase!!Todo esta bello ! The chairs came very well packed and in good order.The color (honey wicker) matched my existing indoor/outdoor porch furniture exactly.Set looks beautiful except for the unwinding of the wicker wrap on the one back leg of one chair. To have to send that back would be a nightmare with the post office in our little town. So we will attempt to fix. For the money/cost, we should have expected better. Amazon does not stand behind products, but you have to go back to the manufacturer.I ordered a set of two wicker style (Plicker) and they arrived in quite nice condition. The packing was superb which was a great comfort when ordering any sort of furniture items that have to be shipped. Better yet, the chairs are just as they were pictured on Amazon's site. Bright white and solidly constructed. Will order again!I love these chairs. They are a crisp white and look beautiful on my patio. I keep them covered in transparent plastic to keep them clean. They are also very sturdy and comfortable with cushions: I changed the cushions and added a back cushion.They come in boxes and are securely wrapped in plastic to protect them. Expect to spend at least 20 minutes unpacking them.The chairs are very comfortable. It has a nice comfortable bottom cushion. No back cushion but not needed
