My first experience with products by Crabtree & Evelyn was at high-end hotels; you know, the little travel-size products they put in the bathrooms. I thought so highly of their products that I had to find out where to buy more (which I'm sure was their intent!) I love the rich texture of this hand cream, and the light, fresh fragrance is heavenly! It also does a wonderful job of moisturizing my hands. There seems to be a bit of "sparkle" in the cream as well, which gives a subtle glow to the skin, especially when I massage it into my arms and shoulders.
