I like the product but there are no directions on the bottle for how to take it. I was disappointed with that. I’m guessing I should take 1 tablespoonI like everything about this probiotic. I take it in the morning about an hour before I eat. It tastes good mixed with water and sometimes sparkling water. It calms my gut and the colitis. The calmness lasts most or all of the day. I am grateful to those who formulated this probiotic. I will buy this again.Never buying again. Had a foul odor and the bottle arrived all spilled and half empty. Not sure if it was the manufacturer or Amazon shipping to blame. Not able to get a refund.I like the product..just looking for something with more nutrients.This probiotic is delicious in fruit juice or in my morning shake. It has a subtle honey flavor that even tastes great by itself. Be sure to only add this to cold beverages and not to hot coffee or hot tea; otherwise, you may kill the beneficial cultures. For the price and for the taste, I truly recommend!Product only changes flavor of eater nit the texture. Daily regularity a real plus!Immunity was reason I purchased. I liked the ingredients.I really love this probiotic! I’m super picky but I really like the taste and have found that when I put it in almost anything (smoothies, juice, lemonade, ect.) I cant even taste it! I am super happy with my purchaseI have been taking the probiotic for 5 days now and already I am feeling the health benefits. IBS gone, bloating gone as well as stomach pains. It is so delicious to drink which makes it so much easier to commit to. I am currently taking morning and night.I’m onto my 3rd bottle now.. love the taste of this and it’s helped me feel less bloated.Non sugary probiotics tastes good.Great taste and value.
